SRES Council awards the SRES designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program that is offered thru the National Association of Realtors.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist or SRES , I am qualified to address the needs of Buyers or Sellers  through major financial and lifestyle transitions that may involve relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. I can offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.

There is almost always an emotional element associated with selling a long-time home. I understand this and specialize in seniors needs and can help ease the transition first by talking about the reasons for selling and exploring all suitable options if necessary to ensure the best housing solutions.

Selling the Family Home sometimes is not an immediate decision and and requires time, patience , understanding and building a bond of trust between  the seller and their realtor.

Complementary Market Evaluation

I use my expertise and industry knowledge to provide an honest assessment of the property and make suggestions to improve its saleability if needed. I will provide valuable insight on current market conditions and determine how the property compares to the competition.

Decluttering and Staging

I offer my services of de-cluttering and staging if necessary to make modifications that will best showcase the home and make it appeal to a broad range of buyers. It is surprising but only 20% of my client need staging, its is amazing how a little de-de cluttering, cleaning and perhaps some furniture re-arrangement makes a significate difference in the appears of a property.

Marketing and Exposure

I provide Traditional and Online Marketing for all properties. My virtual Tour is a excellent way for b buyers to preview a home online prior to scheduling a showing. I The tour eliminates buyers who are not interested in the property wich makes the scheduled showings for interested buyers only. This eliminates buyers walking thru your home who are nor really interested.

Present During all Showings

With traditional Showings, most agents will ask that the seller not bet present during showings. This is not necessary but  Showings can be stressful time with different agents and their buyers walking thru your home.

If a family member can not be present with you during the week of showings I will make arrangements to be present to ensure that lights are turned off and for emotional support.

My contacts include a Moving Company, Furniture Auctioneers, Home Inspectors, Lawyers and Bankers who will meet with you in the comfort of your home if you desire, to ensure the big move proceeds smoothly.
