Your Offer or Multiple Offers !
On the Offer Presentation Date
Interested buyers will submit an offer to me through their real estate agent. We will review and discuss the offer to ensure that you understand all aspects of it. I will make sure that every detail is legally accurate and in your best interests.
You May Accept, Reject or Counter the Offer
You may accept the offer, or reject it, or modify it and return it to the buyer as a counter offer. If the buyer receives a counter offer, he/she may accept or reject it. If the buyer rejects the counter offer, he/she must make a new offer to continue negotiations.
Multiple Offers

You may receive multiple offers on your property, particularly in this active real estate market, so you should understand the process if a multiple offer situation arises.
As the seller you are not obligated to accept the highest offer, you decide which offer to accept, which offer to counter offer, or offers to be rejected.
In Manitoba, it is a rule imposed on salespersons that the listing agent inform the buyers (through their agent ) when they are in a competing offer situation without disclosure of the terms of any competing offers.

The intention of this rule is to allow buyers the opportunity to make an informed decision as to whether or not to make any amendment to their offer to purchase, this usually is the purchase price........Resulting in your property Selling Over the Asking Price!
